Graduates Program

The Lola Khodro Internship Program (LKIP) provides students with a hands-on career-specific experience through a full-time or part-time work during one university semester.

Students are engaged in practical tasks and educational activities throughout their internship to gain exposure to senior level positions and to learn more about our company, our values and career opportunities.

Most students will have just completed their junior year of an undergraduate program or one academic year of their Master's program and are expecting to graduate the following year. Generally, candidates are selected for having top academic standing, as well as exceptional leadership, communication and self-motivation skills.

A great way to go further with us is to join the company through the Lola Khodro Graduates Program (LKGP). This program provides recent university graduates a variety of rotational job assignments during their first year with us.

Through the rotational assignments, the program's objective is to strengthen the participant's business acumen and technical skills through rapid exposure to varied varied business activities.

Upon completion of the program, the LKGP "graduates" will be placed within his or her home department to continue building a career at Lola Khodro Co.
